Academic Background: Dr. Saroj Devi graduated from Shree Krishna Government Ayurveda College, Kurukshetra University. She completed her M.D. (Kayachikitsa) in 2014 from the Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Post Graduate Ayurvedic College Paprola, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla University, Himachal Pradesh with her postgraduate research focusing on Hyperuricemia/gouty arthritis.

Research Contributions: Dr. Saroj Devi worked as Research Officer (Ay.) in the Ayurveda Education Policy Section of the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, for six years. During this tenure, she was involved in various matters related to the formulation, implementation and administration of policies concerning Ayurveda education and Examination & processing of matters related to permission for Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy (ASU & H) colleges. Further, at CCRAS-CARI, New Delhi, she has contributed to research in the field of Ayurveda, with particular focus on clinical research, evidence-based evaluation of Ayurvedic interventions, and integrative approaches in healthcare. Her research interests include clinical evaluation of Ayurvedic interventions in chronic and lifestyle-related disorders, development and  research on Autism Spectrum Disorder and related health outcomes.
