‘SWASTH – Stakeholders Workshop on Actionable Strategies to Tackle HFSS (High Fat, Sugar, Salt) and Ultra Processed Foods (UPF)’ at NIFTEM-K, Haryana
On 26th May 2025, Prof. (Vaidya) Rabinarayan Acharya, DG, CCRAS, graced the ‘SWASTH – Stakeholders Workshop on Actionable Strategies to Tackle HFSS (High Fat, Sugar, Salt) and Ultra Processed Foods (UPF)’ at NIFTEM-K, Haryana, as the Guest of Honour. He shared expert insights on the relevance and strength of Ayurveda Ahara in today’s world and its profound potential in nurturing holistic health and well-being. The workshop was a valuable platform for thought-provoking discussions, especially around collaborative research opportunities between CCRAS and modern food science institutions. Such interdisciplinary efforts are key to bridging our traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary scientific approaches.
