अकादमिक पृष्ठभूमि:  Dr. Shivshankar Rajput is currently working as a Research Officer (Ay.) at the Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Punjabi Bagh (W), New Delhi. He has completed his B.A.M.S. from Shree Gulabkunvarba Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Jamnagar, and M.S. (Ay.) & Ph.D. from the Institute for Post Graduate Teaching & Research in Ayurveda (I.P.G.T.& R.A.), Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar in Stree Roga and Prasuti Tantra.

Research Contributions: He has been in charge of the Ayurveda Treatment Centre (ATC), Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi since July 2021. He has collaborated and developed Clinical Projects with the Gynecology & Obstetrics Dept., ENT Dept., and Cardiology Department of VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. He worked on the COVID-19 Clinical trials in collaboration with A & U Tibbia College in 2020. He has been involved as Principal Investigator and Co-investigators in various Intramural & Collaborative research projects such as PCOS, Raktapradar (Menorrhagia), Menopausal symptoms, insufficient lactation, LVH, Dysmenorrhea, Shweta-pradar (Bacterial Vaginosis), RCH-SCSP,etc. He is the reviewer of the JRAS and other peer-reviewed journals. He has published more than 25 research articles as author and co-author in various Journals. He has contributed to drafting clinical research protocols, technical reports, monographs, and review articles. He had gone through multiple capacity-building trainings on Research Methodology by different organizations, viz. PHFI, DHR, ICMR and other organizations.
