Research Contributions: He is a Research Officer (Ay.) at the Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CARI), New Delhi, with core expertise in Panchakarma, randomized controlled trials, stress management, and public health studies. He has authored over 16 peer-reviewed research articles. Currently, he serves as Principal Investigator on two IMR projects: a double-blind randomized controlled trial on student stress management and a systematic review on vitiligo. His completed research includes clinical trials on iron deficiency anaemia (Pandu), Grahani Roga, and knee osteoarthritis alongside COVID-19 prophylaxis studies, while also serving as Principal Investigator for public health initiatives like the Ayurveda Mobile Health Care and Reproductive and Child Health Care programmes—organizing health camps, contributing to institutional committees, seminars, and workshops, and being deputed by the Ministry of Ayush to coordinate nationwide Ayurveda Day celebrations in 2022 and 2023.
