Dr. Kuldeep earned his B.A.M.S. degree from Swami Kalyan Dev Government Ayurveda College, Muzaffarnagar, in 2008, and his M.D. in Ayurveda (Panchakarma) from Gujarat Ayurveda University, Jamnagar, in 2015.
Dr. Kuldeep is working as a Research Officer (Ayurveda) at the Central Ayurveda Research Institute (CARI) in New Delhi and is currently deputed to the Ayush Wellness Centre (AWC) at Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi.
Dr. Kuldeep began his career as a Panchakarma Consultant at Mahaveer Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. In 2017, he joined CCRAS as a Research Officer at NARIP, Kerala, and later served at RARI, Patna, until March 2022. At RARI, he worked as Principal Investigator on three IMR research projects, two outreach surveys, and co-investigated two additional projects. He also worked as Principal Investigator in various public health-oriented research programs, like Ayurveda Mobile Health Care Programme and reproductive and child health care programs. He organized health camps and contributed to institutional committees, seminars, and workshops. In 2022 and 2023, he was deputed by the Ministry of Ayush to coordinate Ayurveda Day celebrations across India.
He has published over Nine research articles in various reputed journals and has delivered training on the “Prakriti Assessment Scale and AYUR Prakriti Web Portal” at institutions such as BHU, Varanasi and AIIA ,New Delhi.
Presently, he is the Principal Investigator for an IMR research project on stress management among university students and a Co-Investigator for two other IMR projects. His core interests include Panchakarma, randomized control trials, stress management, and public health studies.
