Dr. C. Murali Krishna has completed his BAMS from Dr. BRKR Ayurveda Medical College, Hyderbad, Osmania University, Andhra Pradesh  and MD in Rasa Sastra and Bhaishajya kalpana from Govt Ayurvedic College, Nanded, Maharashtra. He also completed MSc. Psychology from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

            He has worked as lecturer in TMAE society’s Ayurvedic medical college Hospet and worked as Assistant professor and Professor at N.K. Jabshetty Ayurvedic Medical College, Bidar, Karnataka.

            His Career started with CCRAS from 2005 onwards as a Research officer (Ayurveda) at CARI, Patiala, NIIMH(IIHM) Hyderabad, RARI Vijayawada and presently working as Assistant Director (Ayurveda) & Institute In-charge at Dr. ALRARI, Chennai. During his tenure, he has associated as a Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator for various clinical projects like Tamakaswasa, Pakshghata, Vyanabalavaishamya, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Sthoulya (Obesity).

            During his service at CARI Patiala, worked as a Pharmacy In-charge and associated in getting of GMP certification to the pharmacy. During his service as Institute In-charge at RARI Vijayawada, actively associated in getting of important milestone NABH accreditation to the institute. He has been involved in Public Health research oriented programs such as Tribal Health Care Research Programme, Ayurveda Mobile Health Care Programme under Schedule Cast Sub Plan and study on the prophylactic measure among containment zone population exposed to COVID 19, AYUSH 64 for COVID 19 and the impact of Ayu Raksha kit in COVID 19. He has published over 25 research articles in national and international journals and participated in 30 seminar conferences. He has associated as one of the author of book titled “Madhava Dravyaguna”. His contributions have earned him the Young Scientist award from the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh (2010).
