Dr. Gajendra Rao, is currently working as Research officer (Botany) at Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Ranikhet under Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS). Graduated in Botany and obtained M. Sc. Botany Degree with Plant Physiology specialization. Having Research / Academic experience since September 1996, in the filed or research on Medicinal Plants of Ayurveda importance. Gained Taxonomic Survey experience in the state of Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, (Delhi NCR) and Uttarakhand. His area of specialization cultivation of medicinal plant. Invited Ph. D. Examiner– Cum Evaluator in Botany subject for Indian University (especially south India and Maharashtra).
