Dr. Karthika A.P, MD (Ayurveda) joined CCRAS as Research officer (Ayurveda) on 09/06/2017 at CCRAS Head Quarters, New Delhi. She is currently working at National Ayurveda Research Institute for Panchakarma (NARIP), Cheruturuthy, Kerala.

Academic background

She completed her BAMS and Post Graduation in Kaumarabhritya from Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram.

She started her carrier as Assistant Professor (Adhoc) at Govt.Ayurveda College, Trivandrum. After joining CCRAS, she was involved in various IMR projects. She is presently working as the Principal investigator in the IMR project on Moderate Malnutrition in 3-5 year age group. She had authored and co-authored publications in reputable scientific journals. She is an expert reviewer under Scheme for Training in Ayurveda Research for PG Scholars (PG STAR). She is presently serving as the Program Officer of Panchakarma Technician course at Cheruturuthy. She handles the social media wing of NARIP, Cheruturuthy.
