Dr. Prashant R. Shinde is working as Research Officer (Ay) in headquarter of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. He has served to CCRAS, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India since January 2017. He appointed as Research officer (Ayu) at Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Mandi from January 2017 to May 2018. During this tenure he published a paper on “DHAAM” the traditional food of Himachal Pradesh.

From May 2018 to June 2023, he worked in Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Nagpur. During this tenure he worked as Co-investigator in COVID-19- AYUSH 64 collaborative project. He worked as Principal Investigator in 1 ICMR funded project. He organized number of Health Camps in urban and rural area of Nagpur. He is part of different committees of RARI, Nagpur. He delivered lectures in the virtual mode as expertise in female infertility. He is part of organizing committee to organized seminars, workshops and webinars.

He published more than 15 articles in national as well as international journals. He participated and presented more than 50 seminars or workshops. As principal investigator he handled 3 research projects and as co-investigator he handled 7 research projects.

Currently working as Research Officer (Ay) in headquarters of Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. Currently he is working as nodal officer in different research projects.

Core interest area is Infertility, Randomized control Studies, Public Health Studies, RCH.
