Dr. Sophia Jameela

Sophia Jameela is a Research Officer in the field of Clinical Research and currently posted at the Headquarters of the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, New Delhi, since the year 2017. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree from Government Ayurveda College, Trivandrum, and did her post-graduation in Roganidana from Government Ayurveda College, Kannur. She began her academic career as an assistant professor in the department of Rooganidana at P.N.Panicker Ayurveda College, Kanhangad, Kerala. She is also the associate editor for the Journal, Journal of Research in Ayurvedic Sciences and is a reviewer for more than 05 Journals. She is associated with the Protocol Development Cell of CCRAS for developing clinical trial protocols and coordinating intra-mural and collaborative clinical research. She is also part of the CCRAS team engaged in reshaping the evidence-based research landscape for Ayurveda
