Joined CCRAS as Research Officer (Ay) in 2017 at the Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Thiruvananthapuram. Currently posted at CCRAS Head Quarters.

Research areas

Involved in  Clinical research with special emphasis on lifestyle disorders. Handled three IMR project as Principal investigator and was the Co- Investigator five IMR projects and one EMR Project.

Academic background

Completed BAMS and MD in RasaSashtra & Bhaishajya Kalpana from Govt Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

I have authored and co-authored 15 articles that have been published in various national and international journals.
