Dr Vimal Tewari, M.D (Ayurveda), Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana (RSBK), joined the RARC, Agartala as Research Officer (Ayurveda) on 29.04.2024.
Dr Vimal Tewari started his journey in Ayurveda with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Government Ayurvedic College, Lucknow, U.P. He furthered his expertise by completing his Master’s in the Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana (RSBK) branch of Ayurveda at the National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur (NIA), Rajasthan. He also completed his PhD from Rajasthan Jodhpur university.
Throughout his service career, Dr. Vimal Tewari has hold various academic positions also in Vaidya Yagya Dutta Sharma Ayurveda College, Khurja, UP, just before joining the CCRAS. After selection in CCRAS, he left this college and at that time he was working as a Reader.
He started his journey in CCRAS by joining at the Faridkot, Punjab, peripheral institute of CCRAS on 26.03.2010. After that he has served various institute of CCRAS; CCRAS New Delhi, RARI, Lucknow, RARI, Patna. During their tenure he also served Traditional Knowledge Digital Library, Ghaziabad, U.P.
