Currently working as Assistant Matron in  National Ayurveda Research Institute for Panchakarma Cheruthuruthy .  Joined as Staff Nurse in ACAMH&NS Bangalore , on 31/03/ 2005 A N .Promoted  to RARIMD Bangalore  as Sister in charge on 19/3/2015. Promoted  to NARIP Cheruthuruthy  as Assistant Matron  on 12/12/2019.

Qualification – Ayurveda Nurses Certificate course ( The controller of examinations , Kerala state) B A –History ( M G University), Doing  MA – Psychology( IGNOU).                                                                                   

Roles and Responsibilities                                               Administrative and Technical duties

• Ensuring maintenance of hospital policies ,procedures, and therapeutic environment for patient care in nursing unit. Providing effective management of professional and non-professional staff .
• Supervising diet ,laundry , medicine services and biomedical waste management.And actively involves in preparing the monthly, annual reports and Pharmacovigilance reports of hospital section .

    Patient care

• Ensure standard for nursing care of patients at the hospital .Initiate and  co-ordinate measures to prevent the spread of infection with in the hospital.
• Modifies system of nursing reports for nursing care by conducting periodical ward rounds for direct observation of patient care.
